Responsible Ethical AI Crafting Technology (REACT) Workshop
Ethical AI in education is crucial to avoid widening socio-economic gaps. The EU AI Act mandates rigorous testing for fairness in educational AI systems. Our workshop will explore strategies to implement these standards effectively in diverse settings. This workshop addresses EC-TEL conference themes by focusing on ethical AI integration in TEL to enhance learning while safeguarding rights and values. It aims to provide robust guidelines for the TEL community, contributing to more equitable, transparent, and effective educational technologies.

Call For Cases
“As the participant of the CRAFT workshop, you are invited to submit a short description (100-250 words) of a specific case related to the (un)ethical use of AI in formal or informal learning settings. The presentation of the case could be anonymized. The selected cases will be presented and discussed during the F2F workshop”.
